V. PARTICIPATION TERMS

Selected troupes will be responsible for their own travel expenses.
Selected troupes will be responsible for their own visas, health insurance (if necessary).
Accommodation and local transport may be provided/partially subsidized (details to be confirmed).
The number of participants per theatre company is limited; an additional fee will apply for extra participants.
All performances must comply with the Congress’s schedule and technical capabilities.
Please note that the use of fire may not be possible because of legal or insurance reasons.
