To confirm your participation in the XIII World Congress of the International University Theatre Association (AITU-IUTA) in Vilnius, please complete your registration by the deadlines:
- For Congress participants and theatre companies registration is open until April 1st.
- For Congress audience, cultural and social programme registration is open until June 1st.
Fee rates & Benefits
1. Academic Programme – Congress Participants*
- €280 – AITU-IUTA members: organisations, academics, lecturers, artists, researchers, independent researchers or practitioners
- €330 – Non AITU-IUTA members: organisations, academics, lecturers, artists, researchers, independent researchers or practitioners
- €180 – AITU-IUTA members: students, emeritus academics
- €230 – Non AITU-IUTA members: students, emeritus academics
- €30 – AITU-IUTA members: Lithuanian organisations, academics, lecturers, artists, researchers, independent researchers or practitioners, as well as students, emeritus academics and Lithuanian residents
- €80 – Non AITU-IUTA members: Lithuanian organisations, academics, lecturers, artists, researchers, independent researchers or practitioners, as well as students, emeritus academics and Lithuanian residents.
2. Academic Programme – Congress Audience (observers) fee**
- €150 – Congress observer
- €30 – Congress observer (Lithuanian residents only)
*The fee includes: a Congress participant welcome kit, participation in the conference, creative workshops, theatre performances, coffee breaks, lunches, a Lithuanian evening, and a possible one-year AITU-IUTA membership for nonmembers. Prices are per person.

3. Theatre companies participating in the festival:
- €50 per troupe – international theatre company presenting a performance. A troupe may include up to 10 people. If the troupe consists of more than 10 people, an additional fee of €50 applies for each extra member.
4. Optional cultural and social programme for all congress and festival participants:
- €60 – Festive dinner
- €25 – Excursion to Trakai, the historic capital of Lithuania
Prices are per person.
Refund policy:
If cancellation is received on or before 1 May 2026, the registration fee will be refunded, minus a €10 administrative fee.
If cancellation is received between 2 May and 1 June 2026, 50% of the registration fee and social and cultural programme fees will be refunded.
After 2 June 2026, or in the case of non‑attendance for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
